THE BEGINNING
Tecnimpianti Antwerp was created in 2008 in order to offer a full assistance to the North Europe Clients having Navim Group installations on board their ships and/or new Owners needing our assistance and collaboration.
The branch is equipped with office, 2 warehouse and spare stores and has got Specialized Technicians able to carry out on board different maintenance activities, among which:
- Periodic inspection, maintenance and testing on lifesaving equipment as required by SOLAS/MSC/Circ.1206 rev 1
- Cargo Handling gears maintenance and testing according to ILO convention 152
- Elevators maintenance and testing
- Embarkation ladders and Gangway maintenance and testing, according to New SOLAS II-1/3.9 – “Means Of Embarkation And Disembarkation From Ships”
- Fire Fighting Systems maintenance
- Maintenance testing and refitting on general hydraulic systems
- Hydraulic cylinder overhaul
- Certified leak test for hydraulic pumps and motors
- Certified flushing on hydraulic systems
- Maintenance testing and refitting on general electric systems
- Steel carpentry jobs on hull and insides
- Mobilization and demobilization
- Piping renew and repairing
- Cleaning of fuel/ballast, tanks and engine
- Insulation installation and supply
- Scaffoldings and load cell rent
- Supply of general materials and spares parts
- Cargo crane dynamic load test
- Work shop with Class Approval
